Our mission at New City Church is to build strong relationships and offer meaningful support to people in our community and surrounding areas. We’re deeply aware that our mission relies on the generous support of the community, our trusted business leaders, and the township trustees.

Volunteers are the heart of New City. We are profoundly grateful for the faithful and caring individuals who give their time to support our mission. We believe that serving through time and effort is a beautiful expression of devotion to God.

New City Church is continually seeking dedicated volunteers to assist in advancing our mission and outreach initiatives. There are numerous opportunities where your time and skills can have a lasting impact.

• Hospitality: Offering a warm greeting and a loving smile can brighten someone’s day and leave a lasting impression. Simple acts like holding doors open and helping guests find their way around goes a long way in making first-time visitors feel welcomed and valued at our church.
• Prayer Partners: The power of prayer is what sustains our ministry. We continually seek to align our words and actions with God’s purpose and direction. By helping to pray for New City, you are helping to ensure the continuation of ministries services
• Media Volunteer: The media team plays a vital role in keeping our services running smoothly. They ensure that all sound, lighting, and video equipment operates effectively and enhances the worship experience.
  No experience is required to volunteer for the Media Team! Our dedicated Media Director and experienced team will provide training and support every step of the way, helping you grow confident in your chosen role. The Media Team offers a variety of opportunities to get involved—whether it’s running ProPresenter, directing camera angles, programming lights, or managing the sound board. Whatever your interest, your help is needed and valued!
• Janitorial: The church could not function without the dedicated efforts of those who clean and sanitize our facility. These individuals are the unsung heroes of New City—working behind the scenes to create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone. Their faithful service provides the foundation for everything we do, helping to make our church a place of warmth, comfort, and care.
• Bus Ministry: The Bus Ministry is a vital part of our outreach, serving as a bridge between New City and our community. It ensures that those without transportation still have the opportunity to attend services, experience fellowship, and worship with us. Through this ministry, we extend the love of Christ beyond our walls and make church accessible to all.
• Other: There are many other areas where volunteers are needed. If you have a gift or talent and feel called to serve, we’d love to hear from you! Your willingness to get involved can make a meaningful impact at New City.
